Please note that the following Returns & Exchanges Policy applies only to online purchases made through ArmoireBoutique.com.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, simply request a return. Returns are free and must be requested within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn with original tags attached. Accessories, shoes and sale merchandise are final sale.
Refunds will be issued only for purchases made from ArmoireBoutique.com that are returned by mail. If a return is made in-store, a store credit will be issued. Upon completion of an online return, the credit card used to make the purchase will be credited. All shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
Follow these steps to complete your FREE return: - Log into your account by clicking on the My Account link at the top of the home page.
- In the Track Your Recent Orders section click View Details for the order you would like to initiate the return request for.
- Click the Add New RMA button.
- Choose the number of items you would like to return in the 'Order Items' section.
- In the 'Order Return Options' section, click Choose the Reason for the Return and indicate whether you would like a return or exchange.
- Click Save RMA.
You will receive an email with a shipping label and instructions for completing the return. |
